1. Project Overview

As a benchmark hydrogen energy project jointly implemented by Yunnan Energy Investment and China National Chemical Engineering No.2 Construction, this project is equipped with a 500Nm³/h large-scale complete water electrolysis hydrogen production plant, serving as a key demonstration project for the large-scale application of industrial green hydrogen in China. The full system consists of a core electrolyzer, high-frequency rectification system, gas-liquid separation and purification unit, automatic control system and complete auxiliary supporting equipment. Adopting mature and stable alkaline water electrolysis technology, the plant features high hydrogen purity, low energy consumption, high automation, convenient maintenance and strong adaptability to working conditions. It supports long-term, continuous and large-scale high-purity hydrogen production for large industrial scenarios and promotes the green and low-carbon transformation of regional industries. 

2. Key Project Milestones

Implemented in strict accordance with national and industrial high-end manufacturing standards, the project achieved efficient progress with standardized and traceable delivery phases: 

• June 2024: Completed full production, assembly, overall commissioning and comprehensive factory inspection of the 500Nm³/h water electrolysis hydrogen production plant. All performance and safety indicators met national delivery standards. 

• July 26, 2024: The equipment passed standardized packaging and verification and was successfully delivered, completing the entire manufacturing and delivery phase. 

• April 2025: Finished on-site installation, system docking, joint commissioning and trial operation. With stable operation and consistent operating parameters, the plant fully complied

with design specifications and user requirements, successfully passed the owner's final acceptance, and was officially put into formal operation. 

3. Project Value

This project serves as a core benchmark case of the company in the field of large-scale industrial hydrogen energy equipment in China. It fully demonstrates our complete industrial chain capabilities including R&D, manufacturing, assembly, turnkey delivery, on-site commissioning and after-sales operation & maintenance of large-scale water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment. The official commissioning of the project provides reliable high-quality complete equipment solutions for green hydrogen industrialization and industrial

decarbonization in Yunnan. It further strengthens strategic cooperation between the company, large state-owned energy enterprises and central engineering enterprises, and contributes to the standardized, large-scale and high-quality development of the domestic green hydrogen industry.
