Containerized Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Generation System features include compactness, ease of installation and mobility. The system integrates an electrolyzer, gas-liquid processor, three-tower purification equipment, control cabinet, rectifier cabinet and transformer in a 40-foot container. The user simply connects to water, electricity, and gas to produce hydrogen anywhere, anytime. In addition, the system can produce high purity hydrogen with purity up to 99.999% and dew point up to -70℃.
The 200-bid square containerized hydrogen production system is an independently developed, designed and manufactured megawatt-class cabinet modular hydrogen production system. The system covers an area of about 30 square meters and contains 2 electrolyzers, 1 set of post-treatment frame, 1 set of control system and 1 set of purification system. Its core component, the electrolyzer, adopts a non-metallic pole frame and a new generation of diaphragm with high efficiency conversion rate. It can produce 200 standard cubic meters of hydrogen per hour with a purity of 99.999%, which can be used for fuel cells.
